Alison Arnold, Ph.D.
"Awakener"; "Fear liberator"; "Sparkplug". Alison is the Peak Performance consultant to USA Women's Gymnastics, United States Figure Skating, and Australian Aerial Skiing. Presenter at the 5th International Olympic Committee's Congress on Sport Science in Sydney. Peak performance consultant to amateur, professional, and collegiate, individuals and teams in a variety of sports ranging from baseball to wakeboarding. Creator and facilitator of corporate seminars15 years studying Eastern philosophy (and still a beginner). Tamer of the Monkey-mind. Spent 12 weeks studying the mind with the Masters in Nepal, 4 weeks in a Thai forest monastery, 3 weeks in the Amazon jungle in Peru, 2 weeks in silence integrating it all, and still made it back to tell about it. International presenter and author of several mental toughness training manuals including, "The Athlete Warrior: Advanced mental training for the advanced athlete." Alison's thought-leading seminars and keynote speeches have been described as "dynamic presentation with tools that change lives".

Jennifer
Roitman-Seamans, M.A.
Jennifer, an
associate of Head Games since 2000, is a former club gymnast
from New York and competed for the Division I University of
Vermont. She has her Masters Degree in Sport and Exercise
Psychology from the Arizona School of Professional Psychology.
Her years of involvement at various levels of competitive
gymnastics has led her to the belief that
that
the lessons we need to master in order to achieve excellence in
sport are identical to the lessons we must master in order to
achieve excellence in life. She works with individual athletes,
teams, coaches, and parents nationwide educating them on the
immeasurable value of Mental Toughness Training. In addition to
working on the mental training aspect of sport, Jennifer has a
passion for working with athletes in transition from the "sport
world" to the "real world". She is a five-year presenter for
the USAIGC College Bound Gymnastics Invitational where she has
spoken to many gymnasts and parents on how to transition
smoothly from club gymnastics to collegiate gymnastics and
beyond. Jennifer has also presented at the Small College Career
Alliance educating Career Counseling professionals on how to
best work with their collegiate Student-Athlete population.
Jennifer currently resides in Haverhill, Massachusetts with her
husband Paul and their newborn son Andrew.

Brian
Hite M.S.
Brian is thirty-two years old and resides in Santa Clarita, CA
with his wonderful wife and step-daughter. Brian has a Master’s
degree in Sport Psychology and is currently pursuing a PhD in
clinical psychology. In addition to working as a performance
enhancement consultant, Brian has coached gymnastics for ten
years at clubs from one side of the country to the other as well
as worked as a stuntman/stunt coordinator in a wide variety of
live shows, films, and TV shows. You may have seen him in such
TV shows as 24, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Star Trek DS9 and
Voyager, Martial Law, VIP, and Angel and such movies as The
Island and Fast and the Furious 3. |

Janae Whittaker Ali- As seen on NBC’s
‘Starting Over’
Janae Whittaker Ali is a former championship gymnast and captain
of the Penn State University gymnastics team. Suffering a
devastating career ending knee injury her senior year, Janae
persevered, honoring her commitment to gymnastics. She is now a
warrior for supporting athletes. She is bold, she is fun and her
passion for life is highly contagious.
Her highlights as a
certified professional life coach include:
- Featured coach on NBC’s hit T.V. show – ‘Starting Over’, Janae
worked with a star athlete in moving beyond the challenges of
transitioning out of sport.
- Worked with and interviewed many celebrity athletes (including
Mary Lou Retton, Dan Millman, Joe Ehrmann and more).
- National speaker for Olympic, professional, NCAA and club
level teams and the 2006 NCAA Leadership conference.
- Author of the Xlete Method- The Five Secrets of Winning at
Retiring From Sport.
- Founder of Gold Medal Coaching, xletezone.com and Rhythm of
Love.
She resides in La Jolla, California with her husband Russell.
They enjoy an extraordinary relationship and work together
conducting Rhythm of Love workshops. |
