so focused, that nothing gets in the way. NOTHING! Head Games
Mental Toughness Boot Camp Levels One and Two, gives any athlete
the basic tools they need to perform their best. Learn how to:

Four Session Boot Camp Cost $595
Group Boot Camp for 2-5 persons:
$400 per person
(Sessions are 50 minutes. Phone charges not included)
Boot Camps Include Corresponding Mental Toughness Workbook and
Audio CD.
Each session and corresponding workbook exercises will train the
athlete ways to control their mind to be the best they can be.

Level One trains the athlete
in controlling the most important part of the
body: the mind. Out of control thinking always
leads to out of control performance. The key to
performance excellence is controlling the mind
like a fine instrument, keeping it out of fear,
doubt and limiting thinking. The first four
sessions of Head Games Mental Toughness Boot
Camp, gives the athlete a new way of looking at
their mind and three key tools for control and
conditioning in both practice and competition. |

Ready to take it to the next
level? Level Two trains the athlete to be
mentally tough amidst any adversity. Many times,
peak performance is not about being the best,
but about being the athlete who can recover the
quickest, make adjustments, and have the
fortitude to push through any obstacle in their
path. Level Two shows the athlete how to keep
Unshakable Mind, regardless of external
situations and factors. It will teach them tools
to turn around negative situations and use
everything as fuel. |
